Zak O’Sullivan will get another taste of the GEN3 Evo during the official rookie test day on 22 March at the Circuit del Jarama.
O’Sullivan has driven for the Silverstone-based team during three previous rookie sessions, most recently during the Miami E-Prix rookie practice session, where the British driver topped the timesheets after the 40-minute run. This time, he’ll benefit from a full day of track action following Round 6 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
The rookie day will be split into two three-hour sessions, giving drivers plenty of track time to develop their skills and gather valuable data for the teams. O’Sullivan will line up alongside Ella Lloyd to complete Envision Racing’s line-up.
Zak O’Sullivan said: “After a successful FP0 session in Miami, I’m excited to get a full day in the car in Madrid. It’s been a good start to the season for the team, so I’ll be working hard to assist where I can with data and feedback.”

Season 12 will mark the debut of the Madrid E-Prix. Despite pre-season testing taking place at the historic venue in Season 11, a Formula E race has never previously been held at the Circuit del Jarama.
Envision Racing head to the Spanish capital with high hopes following Sébastien Buemi’s podium finish in the last round in Jeddah. Team-mate Joel Eriksson has also started his inaugural season with the team strongly, scoring points in two races, including a career-best P4 finish at the Miami E-Prix.
The Madrid E-Prix takes place on 21 March, with the rookie test day following on 22 March.
