Envision Racing launched Sustainable Chain to ensure the legacy of its partnership with COP26 lives far beyond the two-week climate summit. An official partner to COP26, the team represented elite sport at the event and championed the role motorsport can play in the race against climate change.
Engaging audiences from policymakers to children and the community, Envision Racing was the only sports team to exhibit in the blue zone and led a range of initiatives across the event. The Sustainable Chain campaign will now aim to inspire one million pledges as individuals are encouraged to act in reducing their individual carbon footprint. The results so far mean 20,000 trees will be planted in the Amazon.

COP26 also marked the start of a new chapter for Envision Racing as it announced the world leading greentech company Envision would take full ownership of Formula E racing team Envision Racing with immediate effect.
